Terms of Service
These terms explain how users may access Creates Growth OS, use AI-generated marketing assets, and connect business tools responsibly.
Users may use Creates Growth OS to analyze businesses, generate marketing materials, prepare campaigns, and manage workspace outputs.
Users may not use the service for unlawful activity, deceptive advertising, spam, harassment, infringement, platform abuse, or attempts to bypass third-party rules.
AI-generated outputs are recommendations and drafts. They may contain mistakes, omissions, outdated information, or claims that require human review.
Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and validating all outputs before publication or use in advertising, sales, or customer communication.
Users must provide accurate business information, maintain secure account access, and ensure they have rights to any content or data submitted.
Users are responsible for complying with advertising laws, privacy laws, Meta policies, OpenAI policies, and any other third-party platform requirements.
Creates Growth OS may connect to services such as Supabase, OpenAI, and Meta APIs when users configure integrations.
Users must not misuse API access, scrape restricted systems, share private tokens, or attempt to exceed limits or permissions granted by connected platforms.
Creates Growth OS does not automatically activate Meta advertising. A workspace owner or administrator must review the campaign and explicitly click Publish Campaign before any campaign creation request is sent to Meta.
Campaign, Ad Set, and Ad objects created through the service are submitted in PAUSED status for final review in Meta Ads Manager. Users remain responsible for advertising policy compliance, final activation decisions, budgets, billing, targeting, creative claims, and delivery.
Creates Growth OS is provided as a business productivity and AI assistance tool. We do not guarantee revenue, advertising performance, platform approval, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creates Growth OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates security risk, abuses integrations, or uses the product in a way that harms users, platforms, or the service.
Users may request account deletion through the Data Deletion page or by contacting support.
Users retain rights to their business data and user-provided materials. Creates Growth OS retains rights to the platform, software, designs, workflows, and underlying product systems.
Subject to third-party platform terms and applicable law, users may use AI outputs generated for their workspace for their own business purposes.
