Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of account data, workspace data, campaigns, AI memories, and saved outputs. This page explains what can be deleted and how to start the request.
You must be signed in. Identity and workspace ownership are verified on the server.
You may request deletion of your user account, workspace profile, onboarding details, saved campaigns, content plans, WhatsApp scripts, customer pipeline records, and AI memory objects.
You may also request removal of connected integration records. External platforms such as Meta may require separate deletion or disconnection actions in their own settings.

Full account deletion removes the Supabase Auth identity, profile, owned workspaces, memberships, saved AI data, and matched early-access lead after processing succeeds.
Only the verified owner can delete a workspace. When other members exist, the owner must explicitly acknowledge that all members will lose access to shared workspace data.
Campaign records, generated marketing outputs, AI memory context, and launch logs can be deleted or anonymized when legally and technically eligible.
Campaigns already created inside third-party tools such as Meta Ads Manager must also be reviewed or deleted inside that third-party account.
Verified requests are processed by an idempotent server workflow and receive a confirmation code plus a private status link. A partial failure is retained for safe administrative retry.
Completed request status is retained for 90 days and minimum pseudonymous security evidence for 365 days. Unconverted early-access leads are retained for up to 180 days.
Meta signed deletion callbacks are cryptographically verified before local Meta credentials, selected assets, OAuth transactions, and related launch records are removed.
Creates Growth OS attempts remote access revocation where available. This does not claim deletion of campaigns or other information controlled by Meta; users must manage that data in Meta products.
